This project was born out of the tenants desire to relocate from Welshpool into a much larger facility in a location more accessible to national transport links.
The resulting building, located in Abernethy Road, Hazlemere, consists of 22,500m2 of warehouse floor area (under a truss height of 9m) and 1,000m2 of office space over two levels.
The office is located in one corner of the building and is articulated utilising blue-grey curtain wall glazing. This, combined with a high level of landscaping, has provided an impressive corporate image for the tenant.
